I started this shampoo and conditioner about 5 years ago when I was losing a lot of my hair due to health issues. Then covid hit and my hair got even worse. I had to cut 16” off my hair which was devastating for me. This shampoo/conditioner makes a huge difference in hair growth, volume, and a clean scalp without drying it. My hair is back! My advice is get the hair serum as well, it’s worth it!
